Aftermath of results♥dance ; dance ; dance
Yes, the A-level results are FINALLY out on 7 March 2008. I'm generally quite satisfied with my results compared to the ABCDE that I got during Prelims. I once thought that my parents will stop nagging if i do well in my A level. BUT the nagging didn't stop. Now they have higher expectation from me.. Every now and then they will throw in suggestions.. like which uni to go to.. which course to take when i'm in year 2 (after i get into business).. Scholarships (and they start throwing in big names like EDB.. CPF etc etc. As if I stand any chance obtaining a scholarship.. with a
million out there getting straight A's.) This is even more taxing when my dad, who doesn't really talk much about my results, start to give lots n lots of suggestions.. I guess i must understand how they are feeling right now.. Afterall, I'm the first in the family to be able to get into a local university and they must be feeling rather anxious abt it. haha. typical parents. Oh well. I shall slowly think about my future now. But do i have the time to do so?
AND its ONE WEEK BREAK for me! haha But i have to go back on weds to help out with teh founder's day board. Shall do things as quickly as possible on that day and try to take half day. Afterall, I do not want to be stuck in school till 4.45pm just to do some boards which i feel can also be done quickly when school reopens and there is no need to come back during the holidays. The amount of things which is needed to be pasted is soo little that i do not need 1 day to do so.. contrary to what the vp had said.
Going to kbox together with jasmine tomorrow. Can't wait :)
